Torsion springs are used where torsion and rotation forces are required.
Torsion springs, which are found in automotive and electronic equipment production in engineering fields as well as in most end-user products, generally appear in hinges, levers and contacts, and they play a very important role in the operation of these parts.
Basically, torsion springs are springs with a helical shaped body and angled arms at the ends, allowing angled rotation. The angled arms are connected to the moving and fixed parts, and when the movement occurs, they remain under load and return to the starting position at the end of the movement.
Depending on the use, we can produce either single-body or double-body, with clockwise or counterclockwise winding. We design the shape and leg positions to provide optimum load transfer in your application.
During production, production is carried out within the desired tolerance and load value range, under the controls of our quality department, and the product with the desired features is guaranteed.
Please contact us for different torsion spring requests according to material, inner diameter and outer diameter values, arm type and leg type.
