Extension springs are used at points where moving parts must return to the initial starting point.
They are used in automotive interior and exterior trim parts, machine production, industrial robots, optical measuring devices and many other products.
The tension springs in our production range, using different materials and shapes, allow us to produce with the technical specifications required for specialized jobs. Depending on whether the load to which the spring will be exposed is static or dynamic, different hook types, body length and spring outer diameters of the springs produced are determined.
During the production phase, we make tension springs according to the technical drawings and/or samples you provide. As it is known, hooks and spring body are exposed to high load. Therefore, we can guide you to the optimum shape depending on the area of use.
