How We Do

We Shape the World….

Globalyay Industries invested on CNC machines and testing equipment to give a better service and produce better quality products for customer demands. With state of the art technology, Globalyay Industries has the ability to produce according to customer tolerances with respect to confirmed technical drawings.

With using the abilities of CNC machines for compression springs and camless forming machines for shaped parts or extension springs we can provide samples to our customers in a very short time. Also this gives us the advantage to meet the needs for low amounts of orders to keep the customer statisfaction on top level.

For Compression Springs; We use CNC coiling machines with length control. Also we have the ability to produce torsions springs on demand

According the materials used to shape the springs; For compression springs, we have the range to produce from 0,15 mm to 10,00 mm

For Extension Springs and Wire Forms ; We use CNC forming machines both traditional type and camless types for presicion spring manufacturing. By controlling with laser sensors, we guarantee the quality of our setups.

According the materials used to shape the springs; For extention springs and wire forms, we have the range to produce from 0,20 mm to 5,00 mm

Our springs are characterizedby lower production tolerances due to:

Therefore, we are adding the "Factory for Precision-Made Springs" as a subtitle to our company name.

We collaborate with technical universities in different research and development projects.

High precision springs are used inter alia as contact elements, energy storage elements, vibration elements, damping elements or bearing elements in many industries such as:

  • Manufacture of tools Hydraulics industry
  • Automotive / Commercial Vehicle Industry
  • Measurement and control technology
  • Filter and fluid technology
  • Electronics and Electrical Engineering
